Order Placement

Shipping & Delivery

  • Return can be done in 3-4 working days after receiving the order.

  • Refunded amount will be credited in 3-4 working days in original payment mode.
  • Shipping will be delivered in 5-7 working days

2. Refund & Return Policy

Returns

Due to the nature of our products (personal care and cosmetics), we follow a strict no-return policy, except under the following conditions:

  • In case of defective and damage product you can return the product with in 3-4working days after receiving the order

To request a return under these exceptions:

  • Email us at dpatil1986@gmail.com email within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  • Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product/packaging.

Refunds

  • Once your return request is approved, we will credited your refund within 7 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to your original mode of payment.

  • For prepaid orders, partial refunds (in case of missing/damaged items) will also be initiated to the original payment source.

Non-Refundable/Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products.

  • Products without original packaging or tampered seals.

  • Items purchased under clearance, sale, or promotional offers.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Contact our customer service at our email or call us immediately.

  • Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.

  • In case of successful cancellation, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
